Man caught with £34,000 of heroin at Easterhouse flat

A man who was caught with more than £34,000 of heroin at his home in Glasgow is facing a prison term.

Police raided 32-year-old John Glenn's flat in Easterhouse on 1 October last year after receiving information that class A drugs were inside the property.

The High Court in Glasgow heard two bags - containing 493 grams and 1.59 grams of heroin - were recovered.

Glenn pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of the drug. Judge Lady Stacey deferred sentence.
