Drugs worth £300,000 found at house in Springburn

Drugs with an estimated street value of £300,000 have been found at a house in Glasgow.

Strathclyde Police officers recovered the drugs, believed to be heroin and a mixing agent, following a search of the property in Springburn.

A 29-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman have been arrested and are in police custody.

They are expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
