Man, 34, arrested over Glasgow sex attack

A man has been arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault on a woman in Glasgow city centre.

Police issued an appeal over the incident, which is said to have occurred in St Vincent Street, at about 21:35 on 27 November.

The Strathclyde force said a 34-year-old man had since been arrested and is being held in custody.

He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday. A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
