Two buses collide in icy conditions in Drumchapel

Three people have been hurt after two buses collided in icy conditions in the Drumchapel area of Glasgow.

The buses, both belonging to the operator Avondale, hit each other in Kinfauns Drive at about 07:30.

Strathclyde Police said the two drivers were taken to hospital as a precaution but were not seriously injured.

A male passenger on one of the buses was also taken to hospital. He is believed to have been suffering from neck pains following the collision.
