Death of man in Dennistoun treated as suspicious

Detectives are treating the death of a man whose body was found in the Dennistoun area of Glasgow as "suspicious".

A spokesman for Strathclyde Police said the discovery was made in a flat in Aberdour Street at about 18:15 on Monday.

The property was cordoned off to allow a detailed examination.

Police said inquiries were under way and a post-mortem examination would be held in due course.
