Four men released over alleged rape in Glasgow

Four men arrested over an alleged rape at a flat in Glasgow have been released pending further inquiries.

Officers are investigating claims that a 33-year-old woman was seriously sexually assaulted in Calder Street, Govanhill, at 02:55 on Wednesday.

Four men, aged 20, 19, and two aged 17, were arrested and had been due to appear in court on Thursday.

However, the Crown Office said the men had been "liberated pending further inquiries".
