28 August 2014 Last updated at 12:54 BST

A new environmental scheme in Glasgow has seen two hives containing 120,000 bees placed onto the roof of the City Chambers.

Council chiefs hope that the hives will produce polish and honey which can be used within their headquarters.

Glasgow City Council leader Gordon Matheson said: "I hope the bees will flourish in their new homes and help us ensure Glasgow remains a dear green place for generations to come."
