Bus firm First Glasgow to accept euros from Irish football fans

A bus firm is to accept euros from football fans travelling from Glasgow city centre to Celtic Park for the Scotland v Ireland game on Friday.

First Glasgow said Euros would be accepted on services 2, 60, 60A, 61, 255 and 240 which run between Argyle Street, Trongate and the stadium.

The firm said it hoped to make journeys "as easy as possible" for all fans.

Scotland's European Championship qualifier against Ireland kicks off at Celtic Park at 19:45.
