Up to 50 cars destroyed in Glasgow garage fire
Up to 50 cars have been destroyed after a major fire at a garage in the Tradeston area of Glasgow.
The blaze occurred at a building containing 40 to 50 cars in Clyde Place at about 02:30 on Wednesday.
Firefighters battled for four hours, prizing open shutter doors and removing roof panels to gain access to the premises in order to bring the flames under control.
Police have confirmed no one was injured as a result of the incident.
Five fire crews from Polmadie, Calton, Cowcaddens, Yorkhill and Milngavie attended.
