Baby taken to hospital in Glasgow with serious injuries

Police are investigating after a baby girl was admitted to hospital in Glasgow with serious injuries.

The nine-month-old was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children from an address in Arnprior Road, Castlemilk, on Friday afternoon.

Police Scotland said on Sunday that the baby remained in a serious but stable condition.

A spokesman added that inquiries were continuing to establish the circumstances surrounding her injuries.
