Police name A9 crash death couple

Police have named a couple who were killed in a crash involving a car and motorcycle on the A9 in the Highlands.

Peter Corris, 54, and wife Jacqueline Corris, 53, from Leyland, Lancashire, died in the incident on Sunday.

The crash took place at about 1048 BST three miles south of Dalwhinnie.

The dead couple were travelling on a motorbike. Four people had to be cut free from the car involved in the crash and were taken to hospital for treatment.
