Manager embezzled from Inverness High School enterprise

A manager embezzled £2,100 from a school's enterprise project, Inverness Sheriff Court has heard.

Christopher Hagen, 29, of Inverness, was in charge of the Real Food Company at the city's high school.

He has been ordered to carry out 240 hours community service after previously admitting embezzling money between 1 July and 30 September 2010.

Hagen had also admitted forging a signature on two cheques so £1,700 could be credited to his account.

Inverness High School's food enterprise project was visited by the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay in 2008.
