Man flown to hospital after accident in Highlands

A man has been flown to hospital by air ambulance following an accident in the Highlands.

The accident happened at about 10:15 on the A95 between Aviemore and Carrbridge.

The injured man, who is believed to be a pedestrian, has been flown to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.

The stretch of road has been closed while Northern Constabulary investigate the cause of the accident.
