Fire crews tackle blaze at Edinbane Pottery on Skye

Fifteen firefighters and three fire engines were needed to tackle a blaze at a pottery makers on Skye.

Highlands and Islands Fire and Rescue Service (HIFRS) was alerted to the incident at Edinbane Pottery at about 04:45 on Tuesday.

Fire engines from Dunvegan and Portree were the first on the scene. Uig's crew were asked to assist.

The blaze was put out after 45 minutes. HIFRS and Northern Constabulary are investigating the cause.
