Missing Inverness businessman Ewan Barras traced

A missing Inverness businessman has been traced safe and well, police have said.

Ewan Barras, 46, was reported missing on Wednesday. He was last seen at his home in Inverness's Milton of Leys area at 06:30 that day.

An RAF helicopter and police search dogs made searches near his home.

Northern Constabulary said Mr Barras later made contact with a relative and was seen in the Edinburgh area and has now been traced.
