Five crews tackle blaze at farm in Dingwall

Firefighters have tackled a large blaze at a farm in the Highlands.

The emergency services were alerted to the fire in a steading at Woodlands Farm in Dingwall at about 18:30 on Monday.

Crews from Dingwall, Inverness, Beauly, Fortrose and Invergordon were sent to the scene.

In the building were about four tonnes of chemical fertilizer, some of which fuelled the blaze. Water was brought from a mile away to put out the flames.
