Man who died in lorry crash on A9 near Kingussie named

A man who died following a crash involving two lorries on the A9 on Thursday has been named by police.

Alexander Fraser, 50, was from Inverness.

A second man was injured in the accident, which happened about a mile north of Kingussie at 06:10, and debris was left strewn across the Highland road.

The A9 was shut for most of the day on Thursday to allow what was described as a "complex recovery operation".
