Man accused of raping woman 'as she was changing baby'

A man is to stand trial later this year charged with raping a woman while she was changing a baby on a bed.

David Latham, 35, of Inverness, has been accused of attacking the woman in Brora on an occasion between May 2011 and July 2012.

He also faces charges alleging a separate rape of the same woman, two allegations of raping another woman in Inverness in 2014 and assault.

Mr Latham's solicitor has entered not guilty pleas on his behalf.

At a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow, judge Lord Burns set a trial due to begin in October.

Mr Latham had his bail continued.
