Appeal over 'careless' driving that led to bus injuries

Police have appealed for witnesses after several people were injured when a car forced a bus to brake sharply in Lossiemouth.

Grampian Police said the car carelessly pulled in front of the bus on the Moray's town's Queen Street.

A 65-year-old woman who was among the injured was treated for suspected broken ribs.

Police want to trace the blue, or possibly silver car, which was involved about 1450 BST on Tuesday 24 August.
