NHS Grampian has issued a warning about a hoax survey being carried out in the area.

The board said it understood an individual or individuals, possibly working for a market research company, were making house-to-house calls.

The claim made was that the survey was on behalf of the NHS.

NHS Grampian - alerted by a householder in Bucksburn, Aberdeen, after she received a visit on Monday - said it did not employ such individuals.
