Criticism for 300 speeders caught on A90 stretch

About 300 speeders caught on a notorious stretch of the A90 in Aberdeenshire have been criticised.

The offences were recorded on the Aberdeen to Dundee road near the Marykirk and Laurencekirk junction.

The stretch has a 50mph limit and the speeds were detected in the space of eight days at the end of September.

The North East Safety Camera Partnership (Nescamp) said the number of people speeding at the junction was "unacceptable".
