Theft of Salvation Army clothes probed by police

Thefts from Salvation Army charity clothing banks are being investigated by police.

Clothing banks were targeted at Tesco's car park at Wellington Road, Aberdeen, Arnhall Business Park in Westhill and Newtonhill Road in Newtonhill.

Grampian Police said the incidents saw damage caused to the clothing banks and a "large amount" of clothing and shoes being stolen.

A spokesperson appealed for anyone with information to get in touch.
