Three attacks at Aberdeen cash machines 'may be linked'

One man may have been responsible for three attacks at cash machines in Aberdeen, it has emerged.

A 57-year-old woman was robbed of money at Tesco on Wellington Road on Sunday at about 1700 GMT.

It followed two similar incidents at cash machines on Bridge Street and Victoria Road earlier this month.

Grampian Police said that on all three occasions the culprit was a man described as in his late 20s and wearing a green army-style jacket.

It had a hood, white patches on the sleeves, and writing on the back.
