Major house blaze tackled by firefighters near Elgin

Firefighters have been called out to tackle a serious house fire in Moray.

The emergency services were sent to the scene, at Longmorn, near Elgin, at about 1040 GMT on Monday.

Grampian Fire and Rescue Service dispatched five units to deal with the blaze, and the Scottish Ambulance Service sent a special operations team.

All the occupants were believed to have been out at the time and there were no reports of any injuries.
