Aberdeen gun robbery: Second man in court

A second man has appeared in court in connection with an armed robbery involving a gun at a Aberdeen shop.

The robbery happened at Brunswick Stores, between the Beach Boulevard and Wales Street, at about 1900 GMT on 16 March.

Hugh Fletcher, 22, of Aberdeen, who was charged with assault and robbery, made no plea at the city's sheriff court and was remanded in custody.

A 32-year-old man, Michael Taylor, has already appeared in court.

He also made no plea and was remanded.
