Motorist to be reported after Aberdeen cyclist crash

A motorist is to be reported to the procurator fiscal after a road accident in Aberdeen left a cyclist injured.

The collision happened on North Deeside Road, near the entrance to Cults Bowling Club, at about 1840 BST on Tuesday.

The 66-year-old male cyclist was taken by ambulance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

Grampian Police said the 37-year-old female car driver would be reported in connection with road traffic offences.
