Woman in court for syringe in baby food at Asda claim

A woman has appeared in court charged with wasting police time following claims a syringe was found in baby food.

Kelley Donald, 33, made no plea on petition at Elgin Sheriff Court, and was bailed.

An investigation had been launched after it was alleged a syringe was found in a jar bought at Asda in Elgin in May.

Grampian Police said a woman had then been charged.
