Man stabbed in Aberdeen street attack

A man has been taken to hospital for treatment after being stabbed in Aberdeen.

Police said the attack - on an Eastern European man in his 30s - happened in the King Street/Linksfield Road area in the early hours.

He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

A Grampian Police spokesperson, appealing for witnesses, said the man was believed to have non life-threatening injuries.
