Two in court over £100,000 worth of heroin in Aberdeen

Two men have appeared in court after heroin with an estimated street value of £100,000 was seized at Aberdeen bus station.

Ryan Calder, 30, from Aberdeen, and Anthony Roberts, 36, from Liverpool, made no plea at Aberdeen Sheriff Court to drug charges and were remanded.

Grampian Police said the arrests were made on Saturday evening.

The force said drugs worth more than £460,000 had now been recovered in the first month of Operation Shield.
