Man, 24, charged over Elgin petrol station robbery

A man has been charged after a Moray petrol station was robbed.

The Bridge of Tyock filling station in Elgin's East Road was targeted on 14 September and a three-figure sum of money was stolen.

A Grampian Police spokesperson said a 24-year-old Moray man had been reported to the procurator fiscal in connection with the robbery.

A force spokesperson said the man was expected to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court on Monday.
