Illegal workers found at Aberdeen restaurants

Three illegal workers have been detained after being found working in two Aberdeen restaurants, the UK Border Agency has said.

Manzil in King Street and Westend Tandoori in Ashvale Place were targeted after intelligence was received.

The UK Border Agency said three Bangladeshi men - two at Manzil and one at Westend Tandoori - were detained pending removal from the country.

The restaurants face fines if they cannot prove legal checks were made.
