Cigarettes worth more than £10,000 stolen in Aberdeen

The theft of cigarettes worth more than £10,000 in Aberdeen is being investigated by police.

They were stolen from a newsagents in Greenburn Drive in the city's Bucksburn area.

Grampian Police said the cigarettes were valued at a "five-figure sum".

A force spokesperson appealed for anyone who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously in the area about 01:30 on Friday, or noticed any vehicles, to get in touch.
