Injured female taken to hospital after Kingswells crash

One person has been taken to hospital after a three-vehicle crash on the outskirts of Aberdeen.

The accident happened on the A944 Aberdeen to Westhill road near the Kingswells roundabout at about 13:30.

The emergency services were called to the scene of the crash, which was causing delays.

A Grampian Police spokesperson said a female had been taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment. Her injuries were not yet known.
