Drugs 'worth £250,000' recovered by Grampian Police

Drugs worth more than £250,000 have been recovered in a crackdown since November, Grampian Police have said.

The force said it had "disrupted 14 organised crime groups" and arrested 58 people.

More than £25,000 of money was also seized.

Det Ch Supt Campbell Thomson said: "These figures are a clear indication that Grampian Police continues to make the region a hostile environment for organised crime groups."
