Firefighters tackle Aberdeen blaze in Charlotte Gardens

Firefighters using a height vehicle and breathing apparatus have tackled a blaze in Aberdeen.

The alarm was raised at a second floor flat in the city's Charlotte Gardens at about 14:40.

Several units of Grampian Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene.

Grampian Fire and Rescue Service said the fire was extinguished within half an hour. One female casualty did not require hospital treatment.
