Man held over '£21,000 of drugs' in Aberdeen

A man has been arrested after drugs with an estimated street value of more than £20,000 were recovered in Aberdeen.

Grampian Police said officers from its major investigation team recovered cocaine and cannabis worth more than £21,000.

A man was searched in the city centre on Monday.

A force spokesperson said a 27-year-old local man was due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
