Supreme Court ends Aberdeen nursery legal row
The UK's most senior court has stepped in to end a long-running legal row over attempts to stop a nursery in Aberdeen from operating.
Following critical reports, the Care Inspectorate has been trying to remove All Stars' operating licence.
The owner argued the original case - taken by the inspectorate's predecessor, the Care Commission, - was invalid as the body no longer existed.
The Supreme Court ruled fresh action launched in 2012 be allowed to proceed.
All Stars is in Woodside's Don Street.
