Serious crash in Moray near Aberlour sparks witness appeal

Police have appealed for witnesses after a motorist was left with serious head injuries following a crash in Moray.

The 39-year-old man was a passenger in a blue van which was the only vehicle involved in the accident on an unclassified road near Aberlour at about 22:00 on Friday night.

He was initially taken to Dr Gray's Hospital in Elgin.

However he was later transferred to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
