Views sought on Aberdeenshire play parks

Aberdeenshire Council has sought views from parents and children on the how its play parks could be improved.

The consultation forms part of a review by the local authority of the 466 parks that it has responsibility for.

The review will look at the condition, safety and location of the parks and how they are funded.

Aberdeenshire Council said it was spending about £550,000 every year on managing and maintaining the various sites.
