Two in hospital after collisions in north east of Scotland

Two people have been taken to hospital after separate crashes in the north east of Scotland.

A male motorcyclist was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary after a collision with a car on the A90 near the Fiddes Bridge service station near Fordoun.

And a male motorist was taken to Dr Gray's in Elgin after a two-car crash on the A96 between Lhanbryde and Mosstodloch.

Both happened at about 08:00.
