The death of a man in Aberdeen which sparked a major police inquiry was not suspicious, police have said.

Polish national Wieslaw Koziolek, 49, was found dead in Balnagask Avenue in September in what were at the time described as suspicious circumstances.

Police Scotland said it had now been established there was no criminality associated with the death.

Officers said there had been a good response from members of the Torry community during the investigation.
