Snow and ice have been causing travel difficulties in the north east of Scotland.

Some school transport in Aberdeenshire and Moray was affected by the weather.

Police Scotland said several roads were closed, including the B974 Banchory to Fettercairn stretch, and A939 Corgarff to Tomintoul road.

There were also reports of drifting snow on the A920 Huntly to Dufftown road.
