Seven charged over £100,000 of drugs in Aberdeen

Seven people have been charged after drugs with an estimated street value of more than £100,000 were seized in Aberdeen.

Police Scotland said the recoveries at the weekend included heroin, cocaine, diazepam and cannabis.

Those charged were two women aged 24 and 39, and five men aged 25, 26, 31 and two aged 33. They are due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court.

The seizures were part of the ongoing Operation Maple.
