Firefighters tackle Aberdeen house blaze

More than 40 firefighters tackled a blaze at a house in Aberdeen which was being renovated.

Emergency crews were called to the scene at Inchgarth Road in the Garthdee area of the city at about 21:20 on Wednesday.

Six fire engines and a height vehicle were used to bring the blaze under control. No-one was injured.

An investigation into the cause of the fire is expected to begin later.
