Three in court over £100,000 of drugs in Aberdeen

Three men have appeared in court after drugs with an estimated street value of £100,000 were seized in Aberdeen.

Police Scotland said heroin and crack cocaine was recovered in the Hilton and George Street areas on Friday.

Robert Bell, 62, Mark Simpson, 46, and Lee Wallace, 38, all of Aberdeen, made no plea to drugs charges at the city's sheriff court and were bailed.

Two other men, aged 37 and 46, were freed from custody and did not appear. The case against them remains live.
