Tribute to 'loved' driver killed in lorry crash
A motorist who died after a crash involving a lorry and a car in Aberdeenshire was a "loved" father of two.
Ben Abrahams, 32, died after his red Toyota Yaris was involved in the collision on the B979 Westhill to Peterculter road on Thursday morning.
He lived in Torphins with his wife Kate and two young sons.
Relatives said in a statement: "He is loved and respected and will be sadly missed by all his friends and family."
Mr Abrahams had worked as a petroleum engineer for Schlumberger for the past five years.
The driver of the lorry was not injured.
Police Scotland appealed for anyone with possible information about the crash to come forward.
