Woman and two men charged after Elgin assault

Three people have been charged after an assault in Elgin.

Police were called to the Morriston Road area of the Moray town on Monday after reports of an injured 33-year-old man.

He was treated at the scene before being taken to Dr Gray's Hospital.

Police Scotland said a 25-year-old woman and two men, aged 24 and 25, had been charged and were expected to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
