Boy, 14, charged over Aberdeen police vehicle fire

A 14-year-old boy has been charged after a police vehicle was deliberately set alight in Aberdeen.

The vehicle was damaged in Greenfern Place in the city on 19 February.

Police Scotland said the boy had been charged after what was described as a wilful fire raising.

Enquiries are continuing and officers urged anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.
