Sex offender found guilty of attacks in north east of Scotland
A convicted sex offender has been found guilty of carrying out attacks - including rape - on children in the north east of Scotland.
Stephen Masser, 66, of New Aberdour, was convicted of 12 charges, which also included indecent assault.
The attacks happened over a 15-year period, in Fraserburgh and in Aberdeen.
Following his conviction, the High Court in Edinburgh heard that he had been jailed in the 1970s for indecent assault.
Sentence on Masser was deferred until next month.
