Annan A75 Land Rover crash driver witnesses sought

Police want to speak to two drivers who may have witnessed a crash on the A75 on Saturday morning which left a man in a critical condition in hospital.

The 34-year-old was seriously injured when his Land Rover was involved in the collision with a lorry near Annan.

He was airlifted to the Southern General Hospital in Glasgow and remains in a "critical but stable" condition.

Police want to trace the drivers of a blue Volkswagen Scirocco and an orange or gold Volvo estate seen in the area.

They were travelling eastbound on the A75 near the scene of the crash at about 09:10 on Saturday.
